Bring up whatever you'd like to check out to the front desk. A library staff member will ask for your student ID number or last name. It's that easy!

Please return your books in the book drop. Look to the left when you walk into the library. You'll see a slot underneath the front desk. Use that to return your books.

You can start by looking at the online catalog, which is linked above. You can also view our book lists.
Our fiction books are divided into different genres, like fantasy and horror. Books are shelved first in their genre and then by the first three letters of the author's last name. Nonfiction books are shelved by subject using the Dewey Decimal System. If you can't find what you want, ask a librarian to help you.

How long can i keep the books i check out?
All books check out for 3 weeks. If you need more time, we can renew items as long as they're not on hold for someone else.

Yes! We offer several online databases with current, trustworthy information. We can also help you find books on your topic. You can come see us in person or use the Contact page to get in touch with us.
when is the library open?
Monday - Friday. Come visit us before school, during lunch, after school, or anytime during the day with a pass.

We can also show you how to get eBooks and audiobooks from Spokane Public Library with your student card.
